The public series
The Infinite Heart
in Conversation
One question. One guest. An intimate room.
Gabriel Walker opens each gathering with a short reflection, then sits with a guest for an unhurried conversation. The audience joins through questions, and the room remains open afterward.
Each guest arrives through a different life, discipline, or way of seeing. The range is part of the inquiry: the questions at the center of The Infinite Heart do not belong only to religious or spiritual people.
About the series
A room, and the people in it.
Created and hosted by Houston native Gabriel Walker, The Infinite Heart in Conversation brings together artists, leaders, teachers, spiritual guides, writers, and cultural figures whose lives and work reflect a commitment to presence, love, integrity, creativity, and care.
The series also came from a desire for real belonging. We are more isolated than we have ever been, and much of what passes for community now happens through a screen. This is a space to commune with one another in person, to witness one another, and to keep exploring what heart-centered living asks of us.
Each gathering is grounded in one core question about the life within us, and invites guests and audiences into a co-creative dialogue about what it means to witness, honor, and live tethered to that inner connection through the conduit of vocation and purpose.
The criterion for the table is not a field or a following, but whether a person demonstrates a living relationship with the presence they are speaking from.
The recurring format
One question
Every gathering is grounded in a single enduring question about the life within us, framed at the opening and carried through the whole room.
One guest
A hosted conversation with someone whose life and vocation speak to the question, arriving from medicine, art, music, public service, spiritual practice, food, history, business, education, athletics, or another part of life.
An intimate room
A gathering small enough that the people present are part of the conversation rather than an audience watching one.
Forthcoming
The first conversation is taking shape in Houston.
The inaugural guest, question, venue, and date will be shared when the room is ready.

Bring In Conversation to your community.
The Infinite Heart works with cultural, literary, spiritual, educational, and community organizations to co-present intimate public conversations.
The Infinite Heart brings the question, the guest, and the shape of the evening. A partner brings the room and helps gather the people who already trust them.
The particulars, including promotion, production, and registration, are worked out together for the specific room and community.
